Caroline has been a director for over 6 years and in the baking industry for 25 years. Caroline was Bakery Director for Betty’s Bakery for 20 years before joining her current company Biscuiteers as Production Director. Transitioning from a business that did not require all the support the CBA provides to a smaller business that uses the support and advice from the CBA, has given her an insight and an appreciation from a smaller business business perspective, into the quality and effectiveness of the benefits and support the CBA provides.
