John is currently working as the bakery specialist for Tesco, his role for the past 4 years. Prior to taking up this role, John worked for Sainsbury for 28 years. A baker since the age of 17, he felt that he could support the association and its members due the opportunities he was given as a baker. John is keen to share his experience and help grow the association.
