Nick has been in the industry for over 30 years running three different wholesale operations. Having worked in food service initially and then switching to baking, an industry he found worked closely together to support and mentor each other. Nick has worked closely with the CBA over many years and was responsible for the National Craft Baker Week initiative. On retiring his current position, he wished to retain an interest in the industry and felt he could support the CBA with his experience and wealth of knowledge.
