Relaunch of the CBA Trading Standards Assured Advice Manual
The CBA, Safer Food Scores and East Sussex County Council have been working closely together to review and update the CBA Trading Standards Assured Advice manual. This will ensure that as members you will have the most up-to-date information and guidance on food information and labelling matters at your fingertips. In particular, the manual now incorporates guidance on the changes to food labelling regulations in line with ‘Natasha’s law’ and the requirement for calorie labelling of loose foods (for businesses with more than 250 employees).
